COMMUNITY EVENTS
The Latino Writers Collective participates in numerous literary readings of poetry, essays and short stories throughout the year. The readings are an oustanding means of spreading the readers personal stories and history in addition to the ability to share the richness and diversity of the hispanic culture.
There are no community readings currently scheduled by the Latino Writers Collective. As they are planned, they will be added to this site for information. The membership of the LWC is always ready and eager to help or assist others as needed with any events. If there is a way that the membership can help, please contact us at latinowriters@gmail.com

Latino Writers Collective General Operating Support is recipient of the NFA grant. The NFA grant is made possible with funding from the NALAC Fund for the Arts, which receives support from the Ford Foundation and Southwest Airlines. Other NFA funders include: JPMorgan Chase, MetLife Foundation, Nescafe Clasic6, Heineken USA and The City of San Antonio Cultural Collaborative.
